I had a very disappointing experience at Crescent Oak Dental. I went in for two fillings, but without informing me or asking for my consent, they also applied a sealant and charged me for it. At no point did they explain the procedure, the cost, or whether my insurance would cover it. I only found out after the treatment when they directly charged me.
