RecommendedDr. Day was very thorough, helped with some issues I was having by doing an adjustment, he also showed me some stretching exercises and gave some suggestions on other exercises to strengthen my core. Very happy with my experience.

I gotta hand it to B's Chiropractic Inc. I messed my neck up yesterday just by tilting my head wrong. Immediately I head this awful pop/squish sound coupled with intense pain in my neck. I couldn't even put a shirt on without crying because of how bad it hurt. I went through the day not even able to turn my head to look at people. Experienced, knowledgeable. Helps with much more than back pain. Has helped alleviate pain in my extremities. Elbow, wrist and feet.
