Just spent almost a week at the B and found it to be extraordinary! Beautifully appointed rooms, delicious food and an amazing staff. Well done B! I give you an A+++++. Can't wait to come back!

Just got back from the b resort it was an amazing stay we absolutely loved it. Every where smells so nice. Silvia the front desk made our stay she is an asset to the b resort ty so much for going that extra mile to make our stay the best. Silvia we never got to thank you for what you did. But trust we will be back.
Muy lindo y fino decorado. La comida del restaurante se tardo bastante porque tenían pocos meseros trabajando. Pero fuera de eso todo lo demás estuvo bello y bueno!!!

Really expected so much more from Disney, you put my handicapped father in a freaking dirty room with shit in the toilet , dirty towels on the floor in the bathroom and the AC sounds like it's about to blow up all for $150 a day. Absolutely freaking disgusting. By the way it was your manager that did that. Let me know if you want pics!
