We rented road bikes during a trip in 2014 and could not have asked for a bette r experience. Our plane into Albuquerque was a little late so they stayed open for us. We got great bikes and had our own pedels put on and through our time in town got great suggestions for several different rides.
Very friendly and competent staff. First time my wife stepped on a bike in 25 years. They were very supportive. Even followed us out to show us the trail. We'll absolutely rent again next trip.
I was in town for a conference and they were great in getting a rental. They were very accommodating, friendly, and gave great route recommendations. I will use them the next time I'm in town.

Absolutely rocks! We were back in town for a funeral...my husband's mom. Emotions running crazy he needed to clear his head. We showed up...owners gracious..helped us out and we had an incredible 27 mile ride today. If you need service...or advice on a purchase or to rent when in town...this is the ONLY place to contact. You will not be disappointed.
Facilitators of Adventure with a smile and great enthusiasm! Rented a road bike for four days and received exceptional service, great equipment and superb follow-up when I had a slight fit problem the first day. You won't go wrong buying or renting from Bikesmith!!
I tagged along to a conference my wife was attending in Albuquerque. The BikeSmith was around the corner from our hotel (Rio Grande Best Western). These guys are friendly, knowledgable about their craft, and super informative about the area. They took extra time to make sure my bike and helmet fit and functioned right and recommended trails and attractions on the map. Wouldn't have been able to enjoy my stay as much without their help. I highly recommend using their services. Thanks, guys!
I rented a steel Breezer 29er and rode Otero Canyon. The bike was in perfect condition. It was set up with everything you needed for trailside. Richard quickly fit me on the bike and it worked perfectly for the local trails.
