We were back in town for a family function, having moved away about a year ago. I knew I wanted to get back on the Alameda/Rio Grande path, but didn't want to haul my bike 1,000 miles to do so. The great folks at BikeSmith got me on a bike similar to what I ride at home, and I was good to go. Very solid, clean, well-maintained bike. Next time we're in the 505, I'll head back to get another bike from BikeSmith.

Now back home in the UK after a fantastic and successful GDMR . On the 8th October Rick did a superb job of getting me back on the road when my bottom bracket failed. He turned the bike around in just over 60 minutes thus allowing me to bike the 80 miles back up to Cuba the same day. We were able to continue with only the loss of one day. Brilliant service. thanks again guys.
Thanks guys and gals, the bike is riding better than before the crash. It feels solid, less vibrations, the new seat working, the gears are shifting fantastic and everything is straight. I put 30 miles on it this evening. My new helmet is light years better than my old one. Thanks again to your whole crew, I can ride again!
I've been here for tuneups, rental bikes, gear, upgrades and (most recently) bought a bike. Absolutely THE best shop in town. Great people, great prices, great service-just the best. Can't say enough good things about this shop, the service, the quality or the people!
These guys are great. All I've rented was a buggy for my toddler but I've brought my bikes here for service multiple times over the last three years. They do an amazing job and are more accommodating than larger stores which employ more mechanics. I live a few hours from Albuquerque and only come in about once a month. A week before my next trip to ABQ, I called the mega store where I bought my road bike (rhymes with 'port mist-ems') and asked if they could do a tuneup on a specific day. Excellent customer service. Needed a part for my schwinn stroller wheel and the gentleman helped me out quickly and with a smile. Wouldn't have been able to take my kids to the zoo without his help. Thank you
