They take way to long to clean a couple rooms. The office manager is very rude.
I can't tell you how awesome this company is! The entire process was seamless! I called and made an appointment for our carpets to get cleaned. I was communicated to via email throughout the process to remind me of the appointment and when they were on their way. Once here, they treated our home as their own, putting up corner protectors so their equipment didn't damaged the walls. Our carpets looked amazing after they were done and at an affordable price!
