Made everything easy, kept great communication, and genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of. It’s hard to find service like that these days. Not only could they tell me how many miles were on it, but also how the car it came from was damaged. Incredible. Excellent customer service and they shipped me the part! I will be calling back soon looking for some other parts. 10/10
Went into B&R again last week for simple interior plastic part for a Nissan door. I was pleasantly surprised to find a usable part and no charge this time. Yay!
