I guve it 3 stars because the time it took to get to me was crazy,but the service from Kyle was amazing. He was helpful and friendly as hell. I recommend if your going to go through them make sure ur not on a time crunch.
Had a warranty issue with on of there parts they sent us a replacement quickly and paid for the labor and additional needed items quickly. very responsive to calls and emails highly recommend if you are in need of quality parts
Got all the way there wasted 2 hours of my time to drive there to get my part and the forklift driver wasn't there to load it.
Tristan went above and beyond to make sure i felt secure in my purchase. I wasn't sure the exact part that I needed, and he walked me through the whole process and was very reassuring the whole time. Needless to say, we got exactly what was described in great condition! Even got it a day early! Go B&R!!! We will definitely be doing buisness again!
Needed to get some wheels for a rig I picked up recently. Tristan was an amazing salesman and helped me with each step. Overall great experience would definitely recommend!
