The best B&R yard out of the several that I've been to. All the other ones give you a piece of paper with basically a guess on where the car might be, but here I got a map with the car's location written in, which I appreciate. Also, the taller bilingual dude with a beard (whose name I missed, sorry!) was excellent. He helped me with an exchange today and was awesome with getting me the part I needed and even got me store credit on the difference between the exchanged part and the new one. Zephyr has been incredible to work with! He guides us through every single step of getting our vehicles into and out of the repair shop. Even though our business is small, he treats us like a major account—always going the extra mile to handle shipping, delivery, and parts updates.
