Rude attitude and bad customer service. Tried to charge extra money and used inappropriate language. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The best shop and best work done
Fixed my Mercedes E350. Front and rear bumper. Did a fantastic job. Cat has pearl white paint which is hard to paint correctly. He left it looking brand new
Went to the dealer for an assessment, they told me I needed to replace the tensioner. I went to B&R with the dealers assessment and guy (name starts with R) told me $300 if I buy the parts. I bought the parts and went to b&r, and the same guy told me no - they have to look into what the issue is. He clearly provides a low estimate so that he can then hike up the price later. I said if the noise persists after replacement, that’s on me, and I only did what he said. He said he changed his mind. Real professional.
