Great clean place to save lives in donating.
The stuff is very impolite, you have to be there for more that 3 hours, per donation. I have been waiting in the share for 30 minutes just for been connecting, while the stuff were talking and i ask how much longer i have to wait, and they said wait! Very bad experience, it wasn't the first time!
I like to watch the TV as I am being processed and completing my donating cycles. Great staff. Lots of work all day.
First front house experience all very positive. Pleasant knowledgeable staff. Clean bright facility. Excellent nurse! Not much of a wait. Phlebotomist in the back need to change their gloves after putting i v tubing ends onto floor then picking them up, and moving trash cans around. Please don't begin a stick with dirty gloves. Yes, the gloves are not sterile, but they are not "dirty".
