Amazing sandwiches, the Bahn MI and ham and cheese are great
Really disappointed in the porchetta sandwich I got today. Meat itself was dry, and there was alot of extra fat on the edge that hadn't been rendered off nor was crispy, it was limp and rubbery. Not appealing at all. It was suppose to have a chimmichuri sauce on it, I do see the bread is tinged green, but absolutely couldn't taste the sauce at all. Then there was melted cheese added to it, which wasn't in the description, nor was necessary to make this a great sandwich. I had 2 bites and threw the rest away. Really expensive... read more
Took them 45 minutes to make two sandwiches! For a normal crowd, that is unacceptable Staff was also very rude. I thought a pickup bag was mine (there was nothing even in the bag) and they got very angry. Totally disproportionate reaction. The guy at the front seemed unable to handle his job.
