nice clean bathroom and water fountain at the dog park. lots of shade along the trail. traffic stops at street crossings. Awesome Trial.
I've been riding my bike on the B&O for a few years, and decided to try a couple similar length trails in the area. Nope. Got that idea it if my head and I'm sticking with this trail. It's paved smoothly the entire distance, no roots bucking the concrete. Currently twelve miles out and back, but you can easily double or probably triple that by hoping onto the connecting trails on Ronald Regan which take you north to 136 which connects to Northfield, or south at least to Rockville where there's a really difficult overpass aft... read more
I love this trail. No bathrooms though so keep that in mind.
