Over the past few months I have been very competently guided by Nick at B Mee to increase my strength and endurance, plus all round better mobility. Nick is so positive and inspiring, making my exercise regime a pleasure to complete each day, as he ensured it met my level of capability, taking into account my age and ability. He is always at the end of an email or phone if I had questions between appointments, and at each session, he provides positive feedback and encouragement. I was surprisingly impressed with the free nutrition program that ran for 4 sessions at the HBNC. I could tell he is companionate in what he does and takes time out to listen and answer any questions we had. And kindly supplied amazing presented assorted rolls or sandwiches and fruit. That was a bonus. I recommend Michael to anyone who is looking for a great dietician Yey! for today to him.

Recently had an appointment with Michael the dietitian and the experience was great. Felt very comfortable and walked away with a healthy food plan. Definitely recommend
