I drive for a living and I can't afford to waste too much time off the road. But a couple of weeks ago my truck died and I couldn't figure out what was the problem. So, I brought it to this shop and let the mechanics do their job. Apparently, the engine needed to be rebuilt. I mean, I know they say they are masters when it comes to transmissions, but they fixed my engine like the professionals they are. Way to go, guys!
I'm driving a BMW and it started making some strange noises. I figured it must be the transmission, but my car has a manual transmission, so I was thinking that was it...then, I found these guys and not only they offered to fix it professionally, but they also gave me a warranty for it. Good job! I'd recommend them to anyone!
I took my car to B & M, the transmission needed to be replaced. Tim worked with me on the price and even bumped my car to be done earlier than expected because I needed it for school. Great customer service.
Quick, friendly service. I needed new brakes for my Chevy Blazer. I was able to listen in on some phone conversations, where they were working to find the best price on a part for another customer, and they really seemed to take the time to find the cheapest option. I'll be using them in the future.
Found B & M Transmission through Google and now I won't go anywhere else. Just had another excellent visit for an issue that they fixed in two hours.
Great car repair experience! I took my Honda in because it was hesitating when I accelerated. The manager diagnosed my car for free and explained the problem with my car in detail. He estimated the cost of repairing my transmission and I checked his prices against other repair shops and this one was lower than most of the other estimates out there. The best part is that they were very pleasant to deal with. They communicated clearly and promptly, treated me with respect, and were cheerful and friendly. I know where my car is going the next time it needs service.
This has to be the cleanest Transmission shop I have ever seen in my life! We made an appointment for the check and didn't have to wait at all... great service!
These guys are great. They are honest and nice. Prices are reasonable also. The place is so clean! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
