Mike, the plumber who showed up at our house to replace our boiled came on a days notice after my old boiler hit the deck and it was a cold night at the end of February to boot. I called three different companies to get an estimate and mike and another guy were in the same ballpark, with the third guy wanting about 30% more for the exact same boiler and job!
