I’ve had so many bad experiences with lash lifts before, but Billie completely changed that. She’s the only person I trust now! She took the time to get my lashes healthy again before doing another lift, and they came out looking so natural and pretty. This was my first time getting lash extensions. I went to another Salon in La Jolla, and to be honest, I didn't love my lashes as I had hoped. Reasons.
