I've been dealing with Band L since they opened and today I was there for a repair and the owner was sitting at the counter and ignored me completely while he took a call on the phone from a customer, never been so insulted, they just lost my business, I am going to Ferguson from now on
Best customer service and great product
Dropped one saw off because it was bogging down, the other needed a kill switch. This is how they returned them because a score on the piston Didn't fix the issues. Both saws ran when dropped off. When I questioned them on this, they said it's common practice. Avoid these scabs at all cost, lots of similar complaints on Facebook about them As you can see from their response, there is no accountability for incompetence.
