I had a very frustrating experience with B&K. They did not give me complete information TWICE when I tried to get the title for a trailer. They said I needed to get the MOA. I did but then they said it had to be signed and notarized. I sent it back to the dealer and got that. Then when I brought it back to B&K, they said I needed a photo of the VIN # (I had shown them a sales receipt with the VIN but not a photo). They should have told me all this at my first visit.
