I have been coming to your C10 Tempe location @ 7700 S. Autoplex Loop for over 20 years and today was the worse carwash ever. Items that have previously been done but not today were Windows were streaky/smudgy, doorframes were not wiped dry, many tar spots on lower part of car, only 1 tire had its spokes wiped. I called the attendant back and all he did was re-wipe 1/2 of the inside front windshield, saying he was using a clean rag (all it did was increase the smudge/streak). Went to Cobblestone in Tempe, paid for one of the best services, 49 dollars, and came out totally unsatisfied. The exterior came out below par and the interior was totally unsatisfactory for the amount we paid. Will not return to Cobblestone, too bad, we have had much better experiences in the past.
I had my car washed. It actually came back worse than when I took it in. It had water spots all over the windows, mirrors and chrome trim. The wheels were still dirty, the running boards and mud flaps were not wiped clean and the floor Matt’s had not been vacuumed. It was the absolute worst car wash experience I have ever seen. And it cost a ridiculous 36$! I will never go to a Cobblestone Auto Spa again and I would not recommend it to a friend.
Grandson went for a oil change etc. after that he had problems getting his car started! Come to find out a crank position censor was loose. And you actually have to PULL it to loosen it. I’m so disappointed with their performance. No one in my family will ever go there. Passing the Word.
*BUYER BEWARE* Sometime ago, I purchased 10 automobile “Full Detail" coupons with no expiration dates from Cobblestone Auto Spa, since I have used 5 of them without any problem. I recently went to the Cobblestone Auto Spa franchise at which I purchased the coupons for an auto detail and was told the coupons were no longer valid for a full detail because the price of a detail had increased. Had my car washed today at Southern/Higley location. OMG! I've been going there a number of years now. Didn't realize until I drove off that my windshield was not clean. Had to do that when I got home. The wheels were dirty and really didn't wipe other areas well. Didn't look like much was done on the inside, either. I was quite disappointed. Probably will find another place in the future.
No good, it is just a trick! I called three numbers but no one answers. It is difficult to cancel membership services. I canceled membership online but have not got any confirmation and have never received any emails about memebership renewal notices. They just simply take money from your credit card with so-called auto renewals program. I have to report fraud change to credit card company.
So not only is this not a great wash, but they fraudulently put me on a monthly membership while telling me it's just a one-time charge for one month of unlimited washes. This happened to me last October and they've charged me $20 a month ever since, it's apparently actually a recurring monthly thing and I have not given them permission to take funds from my account month after month. Urgent!!! DO NOT GO to the 5050 w bell road location They are horrible. Took my car in for cleaning and when they return my car it have a giant scratch all through the side of my vehicle. I have only had this car for one month straight from the dealership. These workers had the audacity to tell me that my car came in with the scratch. Completely LIE to get away with what they did.
