Wonderful Dinner Choice My husband and I enjoy trying new places and B.J. Wentkers was a wonderful suprise. Great meal and good service. The prices were good for the meal we ordered. Friendly place and great place to repeat.
A Series of Unfortunate Events My husband and I rarely go out because we have four children. Last night we had the opportunity to dine out alone. I chose BJ Wentkerâs since it has been written up as a "fine dining" establishment. Upon arriving, we were optimistic when we pulled into a front row parking spot. Excellent Dining Every Time! This is one of the best places to eat in South East Wisconsin. The Hazelnut Chicken is awesome, as is the Drunken Rib-eye. I also recommend the salmon, which is prepared with a mediterranean flare. If you like a rare Tuna steak, I highly recommend it. If you prefer it medium rare, I would ask them for medium. Oh did I mention that all if this is in a very quaint, completely restored building that is listed on the National Historic Register? Always Unique I have always had great meals. There is always something new to try . Wait staff friendly and the atmosphere very nice. Jazz nite is always a good time..
Simply OUTSTANDING B J Wentkers is the best kept secret in Burlington. The menu options are spectacular. Why go to Chicago when you can get even better food and service right here in the sticks? The cost is well worth it and the atmosphere is charming.
Dining Experience While they try to give the impression of "upscale" dining, this restaurant is quite mundane. The food features low quality ingredients, and the preparation is poor. The worst part is the price.....outrageous for food this bad. I would never go back, and recommend you do yourself a favor and don't wast your money!
