I had the old one replaced. think for the most part it operates pretty well, much quieter than the one that was there. It does heat up the garage though and feels humid

Our heat pump went very early on a Sunday during a Tucson summer heat wave. I called about 7 a.m; Tyler was at the house around 10 and quickly diagnosed and repaired the unit. Excellent service, reasonable price. I'd highly recommend.
Tyler was absolutely fantastic. I can not thank you enough for coming out on a Saturday, and getting my air conditioner back up and running. Great service starting with my call to the service. Thank you.
The representative was very nice. He checked my a/c unit and verified that everything was working properly.
