The games are cute but hardly work. Walts Center Lanes in Newport will even warn you before you go in their game room "play at your own risk" The guy explained that hardly any games work, they take your money and nothing happens. When I asked why they don't call they said they've called several times and they say they'll fix it and NEVER SHOW!! So now Walts is going to take out all the games so no more game room for the kids. Used to be the best now still the best.they took care if me when machines malfunctioned. Buy they won't exist after June 29th when kentucky bands skill games...all these skill game,companys are guilty of not servicing their machines properly and some of this is part of the reason they are being removed.
I cannot play these games anymore do to a feature on the games called out of plays.when the machine is low on plays it takes and takes it have no way of knowing when its is going to run out of plays...its a stupid feature that affects a players ability to win.

They had a cigarette machine that didn’t work at a bar I was at. I complained online. They responded within 30 minutes. This was on Super Bowl Sunday. They response time for this company is amazing. If you want fast response time on your machines this is the place.
