we purchased a washing machine from B & I. I understand that we purchased it used but they told my husband it was in great working order. $300 later and less than month having it, the motor went out. I called them and they said that they could repair it but for full cost and even if it quit working after I brought it home, it is no longer their problem.

My Mom's ( antique ) refrigerator finally pooped out! Stopped in at B&I, to check on availability of a new one! Doug was very friendly showed us what they had,(just the right one). Purchased it and it was delivered the same day! Sean installed it and took the old one !Such a nice& friendly guy!! ��
never had any problems with them they have been very good to us
