We just bought a new washer and dryer set from B & I. couldn't be more happy with the whole experience. very helpful, friendly and patient guys. They answered all of my millions of questions with no complaints at all. absolutely no high pressure. and when they delivered they were prompt, careful and thorough. Best of all was that i went back and found the paperwork on the washer/dryer set i bought in 1996. This set cost me almost exactly the same amount 24 years later.
I ordered a new washer and dryer set and even with all that is going on with the Covid19 it was delivered quickly. The guys were great and set it up for me. Thank you so much!

Our refrigerator died overnight during this quarantine and it’s difficult to get help.. called B&I Appliance and they had what we wanted in stock and were able to deliver and take out the old fridge all the same day.. we lost very little of our food because they were so quick to respond to our need. When the men got here to install the new refrigerator they were awesome, very professional. They wore masks and gloves and were very careful during the installation. I would highly recommend B&I Appliance. Thank you 🙏🏻
