I got there on time and overheard the physician complain about me being late and was rude the entire time. She saw me an hour late so it's not my fault. She didn't even know I was there because she walked into the room I was in with her purse and had already said bye to her staff. I had called to schedule an appointment for phentermine. They should have told me over the phone that "things have changed" like she said instead of having me drive to PHX from Tucson. Great,friendly service over the phone. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming then came the waiting. We spent nearly three hours in the waiting area with the blasting radio. Could hear the staff talking and laughing over in the waiting area which is just more disappointing because of the wait time. The office is clean but the lack of efficiency really hurts this office.

Will never recommend to anyone. Check in ok as a new patient my appt was at 1015 I checked in and got paper work at 1000. Check in was eta 30 minutes till a nurse called me back. 1st exam room was not cleaned the nurse kept stepping out to get things or help someone else, obviously the patient is not the main concern. She steps out 3 times another nurse came she stepped out the other nurse then came in an said ill be right with you. Finally she came in and checked my blood pressure and asked why I'm being seen for birth cont... read more
