Lived in one of their apts for 51/2 yrs. Always helpful, quick response to any issues. They were wonderful, helpful through the Covid-19 pandemic.
This company uses multiple business names Sunny Oaks Property Management, JBS, JDS, and BHB property....Hocus Pocus! because of reputation and negative reviews. She was so rude and condescending and arrogant. I asked to talk to her manager she said she was the manager, and apparently she's the owner too!
