Great product until you need warranty service. When buying anythining in life, consider this customer service, and how warranty is handled. B&G fails in both these areas. Had one of the springs fail after 4 years of use(actually broke 2” in from the perch stop) these springs came with a lifetime warranty. Called in my claim, and they asked if I was the original purchaser. I said yes. Asked if I still had my receipt ( bet they thought I lost it) Yep, I still have my receipt. I had my front driver side spring break on the bottom, about 1/2 a coil length. I called for a warranty replacement and was told the shop had been bought by a new owner. 4-5 calls later, I was told to to email the photos and invoice to them, which I did. I followed up with 2 emails and a few phone calls, and never heard back. At the same time, I order a set of 4 springs to replace the broken one. Had one of their struts break on my car cause my sway bar link to get damaged. The suspension system was on the car when I bought it so I wasn't sure what strut to get so I can replace the part. I called b & g they were very quite to get off the line and did not answer any of my questions. Then gave me someone's number and told me to call him and ask him about the part. I called the number left a voicemail assuming he would call back after a day no calls. Then calling both the company and the person who's number they gave me... read more
