Nice apartment. Great location in the railroad district, just a couple blocks from Ghent. Malik is an awesome property manager and the maintenance team is quick and efficient! It’s also really quiet and you hardly ever hear anyone which is nice for a complex.
I've lived in this apartment complex since August 2023. Malik Wilson is the best property manager I've ever had! He genuinely cares about residents and promptly responds to questions. Legend Property Group adheres to the lease agreement, and there are no "hidden" fees. They offer a very generous grace period for rent payments compared to most complexes. This place is the worst, and I have lived in some areas....total of 8 cars in the past month including mine had been broken into. Manament is not returning calls nor making a effort to add security for parking lot. Now that summer is approaching these events will get worst. This is unbelievable.
