I had 5 days to closing. A different local company no-called and no-showed and strung required fixes for almost one month before finally coming out to just assess the work and telling me they can't perform the work they already did (inspector found it was against code). I called B&G on a Monday shortly after that and by the scheduled Wednesday appointment they were on time and assessing the situation.
