Honest attitude, expert diagnosis, and genuine assessment. They care about customers more than business! I definitely give five stars! Another auto shop reported that I needed to replace (1) rack & pinion due to signs of an oil leak; (2) control arm with ball joint; (3) struts with coil springs. The threads on three studs of one wheel of our car were stripped due to over tightening of the lug nuts when having the tires rotated at another business awhile back. Our mechanic friend recommended B&G. The car was towed there on a Tuesday, and the very next day, he had the car ready. The work required drilling out the old studs and installing new ones. I was amazed how quickly Hugo was able to get the work done, considering he had a backlog of repairs ahead of me. I highly recommend B&G
