The owner of B&G is a sarcastic, rude and arrogant individual. Those are the exact words someone else used to describe him as well when they discovered I had used this same company. I am paying for their service yet I was an inconvenience and my time did not matter. Asking to review the pricing and for clarification of the parts needed and job scope before agreeing to begin the work was an obvious irritation.
