I wish I would have found Burt years ago. His energy and dedication are admirable and the gyms boutique feel really puts BForce in a class of its own. The programming is awesome and keeps you on your toes. I can’t wait to see my body change with consistency and hard work.
Burt is the MAN! I am not a spring chicken as I once was but Burt has tailored a workout to suit my 73 year self that has me feeling energized, stronger and overall above the wellness line. He is an expert at what he does. I always look forward to training with him.
