I have had nothing, but a horrible experience with B. Ella Bridal. Between myself and my 8 bridesmaids, we have spent approximately $3,500 at this establishment. I have contacted and came up to B. Ella multiple times to speak to the owner because my veil was tarnished and the previous veil they sold me had stones missing. I wanted a refund or exchange for my $300 veil for a different veil and they refuse to do it and had the nerve to imply it was my fault the gemstones tarnished on my veil, when it was in the B.
