Called for service during the recent heat wave bexuase the comonay who installed our unit did not have available for days. B&E was able to give us an appointment the following day. The employee arrived during the promised time window and was extremely polite and professional. He explained to me in detail what was needed to fix our unit (a capacitor) as well as the cost for the replacement part, and details of the warranty.
