I sent an initial email to B&E describing the exact issue with our heating system and then I followed up several days later with a phone call again explaining the same thing. B&E then dispatched a tech for $80 to "diagnose" the issue. The tech arrived on time and was very polite and proceeded to check the a/c portion of the unit which was working properly. Ryan came to our house for a service call. I must say I've had many techs from other companies come do work and no one compares to Ryan. He found the problem and fixed it. He was easy to talk to as I had some questions at times. I always felt He was upfront an honest which i appreciate. Called for service during the recent heat wave bexuase the comonay who installed our unit did not have available for days. B&E was able to give us an appointment the following day. The employee arrived during the promised time window and was extremely polite and professional. He explained to me in detail what was needed to fix our unit (a capacitor) as well as the cost for the replacement part, and details of the warranty. Update: I have been using this company for almost five years now. They are professional and friendly and have done many updates to my HVAC systems in both my new garage and house.
