You will not find more knowledgeable, honest, & hard-working people than the crew over at B-Dry of North Central Ohio. Before I contacted B-Dry, I had a mold remediation company come out & look at my basement. I had a mold problem, obviously caused by too much moisture getting into my basement. This company was going to charge me thousands of dollars just to have someone come in & paint something over the walls of the basement. This would NOT have corrected the problem. We hired B-Dry of North Central Ohio to fix our wet basement. Dave arrived promptly to give us a quote, with no high pressure sales tactics. We decided to go with them because he was very informative, and patiently answered all of our questions. B-Dry came to my parents’ home after they received an estimate for $23,000 from, Everdry. They didn't have water issues, just weird stains on the wall they weren't sure of. I suggested they get a second opinion, B-dry came out, and said did not have a water issues, they had a gutter issue and gave a referral for a handyman. THANK YOU BDRY! They are WONDERFUL, and their honesty saved my parents $23,000!
You don’t find many companies and individuals that are honest, fair, and genuinely helpful. This company and its owner are those things. I had them out for an estimate on a system, they found the real root cause and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. Super professional, punctual, and personable, I cannot give a more confident recommendation if you have water in your basement. This company cares.
B-Dry came to our rescue about 5 years ago. In the 17+ years we have lived in our home it flooded 4 times. B-Dry was so professional. No pressure was placed. Their team came in being efficient, clean and kind. We had a fantastic experience. Our only complaint was we did not call after the first flood. Be one and done with B-Dry!!!
