We hired B-Dry of North Central Ohio to fix our wet basement. Dave arrived promptly to give us a quote, with no high pressure sales tactics. We decided to go with them because he was very informative, and patiently answered all of our questions. B-Dry came to my parents’ home after they received an estimate for $23,000 from, Everdry. They didn't have water issues, just weird stains on the wall they weren't sure of. I suggested they get a second opinion, B-dry came out, and said did not have a water issues, they had a gutter issue and gave a referral for a handyman. THANK YOU BDRY! They are WONDERFUL, and their honesty saved my parents $23,000!
You don’t find many companies and individuals that are honest, fair, and genuinely helpful. This company and its owner are those things. I had them out for an estimate on a system, they found the real root cause and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. Super professional, punctual, and personable, I cannot give a more confident recommendation if you have water in your basement. This company cares.
B-Dry came to our rescue about 5 years ago. In the 17+ years we have lived in our home it flooded 4 times. B-Dry was so professional. No pressure was placed. Their team came in being efficient, clean and kind. We had a fantastic experience. Our only complaint was we did not call after the first flood. Be one and done with B-Dry!!!
We were absolutely impressed with B-dry of Mansfield.. they were very professional and upfront about the entire process. They were the last to give me an estimate and was the most recommended by far! The work was spot on with the reviews and went above by asking if they could come a day early. We are grateful for the service and highly recommend them to anyone needing needing work on their basement or drainage.
