Shannon Installed sprinkler system spring 2020. Charged me for blowing out lines in the fall which included spring start up and guaranteed no broken lines from winter freezing in the event not all water was not blown out. Call 20 times after initial blow out in the fall to confirm everything was successful, never got a response. Recent calls again went to VM and again no responses, no call backs. Installed Large Sprinkler system for me 16 zones with over 100 heads. Took time before the sale to make sure I understood the kind of systems sprinkler heads etc that would be installed. Gave me a written quote. Started installing earlier than promised and finished on time. Responded quickly anytime I contacted them. Very happy with quality of work, service and interactions.
