This company is so disgusting and I don't know how they stay in business. Maybe it's because of all the lying they do to get you to sign contract and once you do they are not there to help. Read the contract before you sign and are stuck. We have been stuck for 1 year and twice have had camera issues, they are in the business so should have camera on hand right. Worst company ever. Customer service is not their number one priority. I called and spoke with Kimberly and in the middle of the conversation she tells me she has to get back to work! The reason they are in business is because they give false advertising and sucker people into switching to them. Then they scheduled my installation right away and only gave me 3 days to try it out. This company is a fraud. They ran my credit report without authorization and no contact from me. I have never spoken to them or anyone about a security service. I fully believe they are involved in identity theft.
B&D is a fraudulent company!! I had Monitronics for over 6 years at my previous residence and never had any issues. When I moved, I asked Monitronics to come and install my security system at my new address. So when B&D installers came, saying they're with Monitronics, I didn't hesitate and let them install a new system. A few weeks later our doorbell had issues, the camera had issues and the old doorbell they disconnected had a consistent faint chime. I called, and called, and called and called some more. the worst security company. I am in Florida i have the service for my business. Seller guy gave me all wrong information. The service by phone is horrible. almost no contact. I notice the seller guy was not fully training. That is why he gave us the wrong information and we sign the contract. Now I am attach to them to avoid affect my credit. when I had told my credit will not been evolved . This company sucks. I am moving so I called to make an appointment to take the system with me and they want to charge me $250.00. When we first got this alarm they said it would be free of charge and now they want to charge me so much money. Unfortunately we have three properties with this company. They sure don't care about keeping their customers. So much for us renewing with them.
Our cameras do not work ....our recording system does not work....no one from b&d has helped fix our problem...now monitronics is no help either...we got scammed by this company....
