We had some communication issues the first visit but after that all of our floors came out so well and they were on time and very careful with our home.
The crew worked efficiently and were very professional. They had a problem laying wood around my fire place due to uneven cement. They were able to problem solve and add a molding around the bricks. However it was not sitting flat. I texted and told them about the unsightly raised area at the center of the front of the fireplace, But have not heard back. I even gave them an extra $150 to sand the area flat. I going to hire someone to come back to fix the problem.
Excellent work, timely and price much less than I expected.... would recommend them without hesitation!!!
Folks will be hard-pressed to get a better job done for less money. I recommend these guys without reservation; they were on time, courteous and hard-working, cleaned up nicely, and they got along well with my dog. Their price was nearly half of the highest quote I received.
They were very polite and professional. They went in and got the work done. They where excellent. I would hire them in a heartbeat. Thank you for the great looking floors.
Very easy to deal with and accommodating to my schedule. Floors came out great and they were significantly cheaper then everyone else.
They patched a section of new hardwood into my existing hardwood floor and I can t notice a seam or transition at all. Very impressed with the quality and speed of their refinishing work!
They are very good at what they do , which is to refinish old wood floors and make them look brand new with a couple of coats of stain and poly. If however I wanted a rustic finish, I would look elsewhere.
