Derek at B&D took exceptional care of my 2012 Scion xD. The car is getting 'older' and many other shops had really been dismissive about working on it, but I'm stuck with it at the moment due to a loan refinance. Derek gave me extremely fair prices, exceptional customer service (going into detail about how/why things were done or a decision was made), and came out under his estimate after all was said and done.
