Had my septic pumped and super simple process. They were able to get me scheduled quickly and technician came out and did what he needed with no interruption to my day, sending the bill for online payment. Thanks for the easy service.
Great customer service all around, from the lady who answers the phone and schedules the appointments to the guys who do the pump outs.
B&C septic Services are GREAT! I called them today inquiring about getting my septic pumped & the woman who answered the phone was so friendly & informative. She was able to get a hold of one of her guys & they came over to my place the same day I called! The guy who pumped out my septic was awesome.. so friendly, knowledgeable & genuine. They definitely have excellent customer service.. I greatly appreciate them fitting us in right away. Would definitely recommend!
