The staff at B&C Camera is friendly and knowledgable. I purchased a lighting kit that had a defective wing bolt which stripped during the initial set-up. After calling the store, I brought back the defective light stand and was able to swap it out for a non-defective one. I really appreciated their understanding of my frustration and their quick assistance in remediating the problem with the least amount of inconvenience for me.
