Genuinely the worst experience I have ever had with insurance. It's easy to get ahold of someone but is impossible to get someone to actually help. I've been dealing with the same issue for the past 6-8 months and I am still calling to fix claims from the beginning of 2023. I would highly recommend a better training program.
