My 3 kids started off at B and C aquatics with the group lessons and shortly after we decided to switch them over to private lessons and we love it there. All the instructors are very patient and kind with the kids. I love how Bonnie (the owner) is always supervising and checking the progress of each client and updating the parents in a timely manner. Update: It has now been over 4 months since my last update (no payments made since October 2024), and unfortunately, the situation remains the same. Despite my continued patience and the offer of a no-interest repayment plan, Paige—the owner's daughter and an employee of the swim school—has failed to make any effort to repay her debt. She has basically stolen $2400 from me. My grandchildren have been going to B&C Aquatics for a few months now. They have learned this very important life skill from Bonnie (the owner who is just amazing with kids!). Karen, Nadeera and Paige are also very good instructors who take the time to teach them techniques and breathing. I have never ever seen them being impatient with the kids. Bonnie is always soothing the new kids while teaching them techniques. I wish I had learned to swim when I was younger. I am in my 60s and also take Adult classes at B & C Aquatics.... read more
