The work was fine. The plumber was nice. For a single faucet replacement that took 2 hours we paid 637 dollars for labor alone. That is about $300/hour. We did not have accessories installed just a faucet. It was not an after hours or emergency call.
On 1/2/2015 they installed a hot water heater that was manufactured on 2/10/2009. Obviously, this didn't last long and had to be replaced recently. Of course, they also didn't return any phone calls or respond to a request from the BBB. If this is they type of service you want then go for it--Good luck! I highly recommend you avoid this company and hire a different plumber!
