Wow, They broke a friend of mines windshield. I heard the conversation they had with them on the phone. They were not very nice. He contacted them to see if they could fix since a rock fell out of their truck and broke his winshield. They said it's not their first rodeo and they are not going to fix it. If you are looking for good service, this is probably not the place.
I spoke with quite a few people over at B&B. None of which were friendly. One of their trucks caused significant damage to my vehicle. I talked with many people all the way up to the owner, who basically said to 'shove it'. Terrible company, terrible leadership, not friendly.
