Spoke with the office manager to set a time for today. The estimator called and let me know he was 30 minutes late, but that he can come “around” three. This was after I had explained that 12:00-1:00 was the only option I had today.... They may be the greatest tree trimmers in south Texas, but (hint)- ya call BEFORE you’re late. And, never a good idea to “double-book”...
Terrible company to work with go with a better and more RELIABLE company. Zero star rating. Do not recommend you waste your time.
Great experience - would highly recommend. They took extra care with my old live oaks and trimmed them to ensure the health of the trees - the result was beautiful and worth the cost!
B&B was a lifesaver! After another company never showed up, we needed tree trimming fast before closing on our house. They were able to squeeze us into an evening appointment and did quick, awesome work. We truly appreciate them accommodating our short notice request. Thanks again! I only wish we would have called them earlier...
