First, while this is a poor review of our experience, and I stick by that, the staff was always kind and polite when dealing with the incompetence and confusion that we experienced in our attempt to purchase and have installed, a trailer wiring adapter. SEVEN ROUND TRIPS!! and hours of driving and waiting, wrong part ordered twice, faulty part, faulty removal of wrong part requiring a u-turn and back to get it taken care of, and so many communication errors in the parts department which included us being given an appointment... read more
