Probably one of the best buying experiences I’ve ever had. The guys at B&B Trailers were great to work with from start to finish. Said they were swamped with work and had no time except for me to drop off and then when I arrived they had probably 7 mechanics sitting around doing nothing whatsoever.
Absolutely terrible experience. Unprofessional, not knowledgeable about trailer tires/wheels at all, they have no clue how torsion axles work or weight capacities. Went to a shop a few minutes away that works on semis and had a great experience.
Good quality trailer for a good price, honest and intelligent people, easy location to find.
