Great facility! Easily accessible, secure, and the customer service is fantastic. Kenneth the owner is on top of it, and was always quick to respond. Never a worry about the security of my belongings.
We loved using the Downtown Storage facility for our storage needs! Kenneth, the owner was always quick to respond if we needed help with anything, and he is just overall a very trustworthy and great guy to do business with! We will be using his services again if we find ourselves in need of a storage unit!
Amazing customer service, the owners were always very nice and professional. Stored my car here for over 2 years with no worry at all about security. Would 100% rent again here and recommend it all the time!

We have a couple reviews on this page that have been mistakenly left for 10 Federal Storage, the facility across the street...a storage conglomerate that bought out several small facilities in the last couple years. Very nice storage place. Has security and high fencing with automatic gates. Owners are super nice and professional! Would definitely rent here again!
