This is not the same business as when my parents and grandparents use to contact. This is the third and final time I will call them. I have called before set up an appointment and no one would show up or call. This last time the price went up and I set up an appointment and no one showed. I called the lady back and she made up a story saying I said I would call back to set up an appointment. They fixed what I needed. Cleared the sewer line.
They came out and cleared my drain and it clogged up again and they told me it would be 2 weeks before they could come out.Now I have to find someone else. It's a shame because I liked this company enough to give them a sizable tip and now this.
