The staff are very friendly and helpful. Also the technicians are on time, very thorough and knowledgeable of my system. They’re pricing is fair and were able to do the repairs on my system in timely manner!!
This review might change if the person who goes to my house to give me the quote is better than the person on the phone. I might just cancel the appointment all together. This girl told me “just tell me what you want. I’m very busy” I don’t know if it was because it was already 5:41pm or if it was because she was truly busy but she shouldn’t treat prospective customers like that. How rude.
This is a great company they will not let you go without Air or Heat. if you want quality work from people that care you should call B and B you will be glad you did
They installed a new unit and constantly having to come back. And seem to constantly give me the run around. When I called to schedule an appointment they don't show or call back. I waited 3 hrs and called and not even a courtesy call back. Very disappointed . Will not recommend them.
If u pay like u weigh then u stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter
